Hi happy Sunday! For today’s recipe I will be sharing Wicked Cafes Savory menu the spicy corn cheese bun!!!
This menu is our newest savory addition and is very popular on our delivery apps. I even have customers calling in to check and make sure we didn’t sell out already 🤣its that good!
In the Bakery we start with our freshly baked Brioche bun.
We cut the bun 6 ways * and then cut out a small whole in the center.
In the 6 cuts we spread house made garlic mayo 😋 it keeps the bun moist and gives it an extra layer of flavor.
Then we add a big scoop of our spicy corn cheese mix to the center of the!
The mix is made of cheese, corn, house spicy sauce and chopped leeks and onions!
After the buns are all filled, we bake then in the oven at 350° for 10min and finally add cheese, mayo, and parsley to the top and then it’s ready to serve!
