A fall favorite~

The Chocolate Raspberry Bun!!!

This recipe starts of course, in the kitchen with our bakers! Our bakers prepare milk bread dough from scratch . Then roll and flatten them out into a large rectangle. Then they spread a generous amount of our homemade raspberry jam and dark chocolate chips, and the roll it all into spirals.

Then in a pan we proof and bake them.300° for around 20min. Until they are golden brown.

After They have cool down.We take them to the front and decorate them!

Each bun receives a scoop of buttercream icing,

a scoop of Raspberry jam

and 1 handcrafted chocolate!

We serve them warmed up and they are absolutely delicious!!!
