Hiiiii so today after a long day at work I decided I needed a treat!!!! So i got myself a cup of delicious wicked coffee, and had my self an adventure!!!
I ended my work day at 3:30 and walked my cute butt down to Grandville Island.
Grandville island is a great spot for an adventure!!!
There is so much to see but my goal is to find some amazing bagels 🥯!!!
So I walked around and ended up at the Grandville Public Market.
Inside of this large barn is many many stalls selling all kinds of goods, growing up in Vancouver, I had never visited but now that I am an adult it’s quite fun to see all the awesome goods 😆
The stall I found was Siegel’s Bagels! A business from the other side of Canada,
Montreal.
I bought 4 bagels 🥯
Multi grain bagel, everything bagel, rosemary bagel and sun-dried tomato bagel!
The staff told me they bake fresh bagels everyday using a real fire brick oven.
I also Bought a container of their dill cream cheese from Winnipeg.
After my adventures in Grandville Island, I went home and made breakfast bagel for dinner 😋😋😋
It was delicious!!! I used 2eggs
2 strips of bacon
and the sun-dried Bagels
I chose this one since it smelled the tastiest!
