A piece of my personal day
Hello hello, today I made a lot of mistake at work …
Today I got to work extra early because I was very late a few days prior.
So I made it to the cafe at 8:30, 1 hour before my set shift… and this is where it all started …
my job, duties and why I was personally asked by the boss to transfer from the first location to the second was because I followed his orders well,
and so my job was to
1)work as I usually would,
2)report every 2 hours,
3)check the conditions in the 2nd location cafe,
4)help them prepare the cafe by doing a full clean and
5)to learn more
But I only completed 1 of 5 of the duties these duties I must do… the rest I made mistakes on all of them
Even though I made so many mistakes my boss was still teaching me and he even still feed me.
I realized 2 things just then, I now completely understand what my boss was trying to teach me.
My boss always said, even if tomorrow was my last day I would still do exactly the same thing I’ve been doing,
I didn’t fully understand this untill now and now I understand.
I know he is really disappointed in me and I am also very sad because of my mistakes. But now Because of my bosses teaching, I am working harder, faster and smarter!!! I have a plan now !!! And I am excited to show him how much I have grown!!!
