Homemade Marinara sauce: This is how we work at WICKED

Hey It’s another WICKED UPDATE!

😉so let’s keep it fresh, ‘saucy’~ AND FUN!

Happy March everyone! This past week I have been working vary closely with our kitchen staff 🔥🔥🔥and we’ve really cooked up a storm.🔥🔥🔥

And now I want to present! WICKED CAFES HOUSE MADE MARINARA SAUCE 🔥🔥🔥

We make this sauce totally from scratch, you can very much taste the improvement in flavor to all our items with our new secret weapon 😋 you can also taste how much of my love 💓 is inside as well🫶🥲

To start our sauce~ we create this fantastic fresh Leek Oil.

The fresh leeks are boiled with lovely olive 🫒 oil.

This part of the recipe is most dangerous since we must keep a very watchful eye on it AT ALL TIMES!

It can very much catch on fire…….

Moving forward! Our from scratch, in-store made sauce captures the true flavors of garlic and spinach with in❤️❤️❤️

We mince fresh Garlic cloves,

sizzle them in a large pot with our leek oil, with a bit of that yummy oil-boiled leek!

Add in our oregano. Ster, and keep it sizzling ~

Simmr with a bit of water.Then we dropping in puree tomatoes~

Finally we add basile and fesh spinach and let it simmer to perfection 🥰 💘Our authentic Marinara sauce, can not be beat! And is very ‘sauce’cessful 😉👍

We use it for our new Pizza rolls, Breakfast Kouign amann and we can’t wait to us it in New Projects very soon!!!
