Dear diary, Day 20.
Life is moving so quickly, all the cherry blossom pettels are falling. But this Sunday was just so beautiful, it just reminds me of the springs of my childhood~
At 3pm today we had a foodie come, her name was Kate.
For dinner I had kebab! From Donair Sub house
It was very yummy but not as good as the one at Metrotown and there Large was not that Large 😅
But still a great dinner!
For today’s menu, We have our Carrot cake!
The ingredients are,
Eggs, oil, sugar, salt, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, shredded carrots, raisins, apples, and walnuts!!!
First mix the wet ingredients, then the dry ingredients and then topped ingredients. Bake them in pans lined with parchment at,
350°F for 50min.
For Garnish,
step 1 is cutting the pan of carrot cake by 3×4 to get 12 equal slices.
Pipe a layer of cream cheese icing on each square and then add a Decorative handmade chocolate.
Place in a small box with a clear lid and then you are finished!!!
