Juu’s Journal day 21: home made bossam!

dear diary! It has been a while! But I am proud to announce that I have successfully learned a new recipe!!!

Bossam is one of my most favorite Korean dishes 😍

and now I am able to make it all by myself!!!

Bossam is boiled meat and is served with fresh veg which is called ‘sam’.

For this simple recipe.

I first started it by boiling .78 kg of fresh pork belly chuck,

for 30 minutes in a pot of

-half a leek (sliced)

– 10 garlic cloves

– 1/4 sliced onion

– sliced radish

– 1 bottle of Mak Gul Li (korean rice wine)

-1 bottle of water

– 1 big spoon of soybean paste

🤤it was so easy~ and so yummy ~
