Juu’s Journal day 8: Wicked cafes Breakfast ka And a slice of anxiety

Dear diary, day 8.

This morning at 6am I walked Dona in the morning showers of Vancouver.And after my morning walk I slowly got ready and went off to work. On my way to work this morning I stopped and bought some yummy Raspberries 😋 they were, on sale, very sweet, and a lovely color.

When I arrived at work I was quite early so I helped myself to some breakfast and used my duolingo.

9:30am I was quite productive and made our Cinnamon Kouign amann and!!!!!

Our Very New Recipe of BREAKFAST KOUIGN AMANNSSSSSSSS!!!!!

The recipe is quite quick as we take an original Kouign amann, slice it in half, and on one side we spread cheese and on the other our homemade Marinara sauce.

Then we add a cooked egg and 1 hashbrown.

To Garnish, you only need to wrap around a thin slice of decorative paper and hold it with a little tag!

We keep the Breakfast Kouign amann stored in the fridge and we make them quite frequently~

At the end of the day I visited the neighbors and gifted many gifts! It was a pleasant experience, though I can feel my anxiety being very on edge, but this could just be all the accumulated stress now finally feeling more heavy.

Oh well I must sleep now!!!!!! goodnight!!!!
