Juu’s Journal day 9: HK bbq and Jambon Beurre sandwich recipe!

Dear diary, day 9.

Today was a good day!!! A very simple day but still very enjoyable.

First thing this morning I started my laundry and took Dona on a morning walk, and she made something that looked like a bird 🤣🤣🤣after that I went out for lunch.

On my way I got a call from my teacher and he teach me some very important things and told me not to be down and that God will give me what I need, not what I want. My teacher, my family and my job are my greatest blessings in life so I feel very brave today and I want to keep learning more and more!!!

For lunch I had a feast! Hk bbq, bokcoi, Iced lemon tea,and Macaroons!!!!!!!

Before work I took dona on one more walk and feed her.

Then I went off to work!!!I worked from 4pm-10pm also 2 people are sick today T^T so hopefully I am not next…….

For today’s recipe I will share our most classic sandwich,

THE JAMBON BEURRE

it is our most simple recipe and the most easiest to make!!!

It is little butter, Brie, Ham, and Ciabatta.

To start, we slice the Ciabatta in half, spread butter on both pieces, add 4 folded slices of ham, and then on huge and long slice of Brie cheese.

To serve to our customers we warm up for 1min with chef Mickie, then grill and cut in half. To plate we stack the two halfs, one on top of the other and then finally add a sandwich pick ~

Today during my shift I got a dm that Doh did not tell about me, so here was my hight of today~ giving shit to him 😈very good feeling.

So now I will be giving a free latte art class to 1 online follower on April 9th! I will totally update you more on that one soon!!!

Also today Linda visited me !!!!!!!!!!! And tomorrow I have a foodie …….. I am scared 😱 good night see you tomorrow………
