It was a half sunny, half rainy day ☺️
I had 2 foodies today in the afternoon~

After work I went straight home to my darling Toki~
I even saw a double rainbow today on the bus!!!
For today’s menu,
We have our Garlic comfy Bun!
It’s divided into 4 parts.
Making the filling, making the bun, assembling the product, and finally bake and garnish for selling!
Step 1 make the Garlic mayo and Garlic butter.
Our mayo is a mixture of mayo, sugar, garlic powder, chicken powder, and corn flour.
The butter is a mixture of butter, garlic, cream, honey, salt and eggs.
Step 2 the Brioche bun, which is the same as the triple Bun! If you are curious then please check out my previous posts ~
Step 3! Assemble! First, slice the Brioche 6 ways and cut out the center. Then with the garlic mayo spread it in all the cuts.
With the garlic butter take a small black scoop and lay it in the center hole. That’s all it’s too it!
Step 4, bake and garnish.
Take the bun and bake at 350°F for 10 min.
Drizzle sweet mayo on top, then with a torch toast the outside for a smoky flavor and top off with garlic flakes 😋 then it’s ready to serve.
