A Hong Kong BBQ Adventure: Milk & Sugar BBQ Bar

Part One of my HK BBQ Journal Series!

Craving a taste of Hong Kong without leaving Vancouver? Look no further than Milk & Sugar BBQ Bar. As a local foodie, I want to share and to explore city’s best Hong Kong-style barbecue! And I must say today’s spot reallyhit the spot!

My Meal

I ordered their popular $19 combo,

that included a delectable combination of any 2 bbqs and choose BBQ pork and roasted pork, it was served with a little veg ,fluffy rice, and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. 😋

This comb also includes a refreshing iced milk tea!!! You really get a very full and well rounded meal when you order from them. 🫶❤️

The BBQ pork was tender and flavorful, while the roasted pork had a crispy skin and juicy meat.

The combination of these classic dishes, along with the comforting rice and egg, was simply so irresistible and satisfying.

What impressed me most was the speed of delivery.

My order arrived quickly, and the food was still hot and fresh. This is a major plus, especially on those busy weeknights when you crave a delicious meal without the hassle of cooking.

Milk & Sugar BBQ Bar is conveniently located near Joyce Station, making it an easy choice for a quick and satisfying meal. If you’re a fan of Hong Kong-style barbecue, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
