As I walk you through some of my dailies ~

For myself, I am always on the go but for those days just for me, I love to take care of my body, hair, skin and mind~

For today’s chapter I will just talk about some of my yoga and stretching <3 Because of my job and how dedicated I am to my work, I always need to take care of myself well, so exercise is essential.

For my stretching and workouts, I mainly focus on my core like my abs and my back muscles. I stretch my back a lot because 2 years ago I overworked and injured myself a little bit. So, since then, I’ve been taking extra more care of myself. I also stretch my legs a lot since I’m on my feet for many hours each and every day.

The one stretch that I include in all of my workouts would have to be. My scorpion Stretch, This one really helps my lower back, and when I’m doing my ab workouts, it makes my stomach stay flat.

I love going to yoga classes and pilate classes. However because my schedule has gotten so busy. I have stopped going, but I plan to pick up more once my schedule frees up a little! So I can’t wait to tell you about it once I get back into it.

P.s this is a tip from me to you!

Remember when you are stretching and doing yoga. Do not push yourself too hard and make sure you drink lots of water and keep the temperature in your room a bit warm so not to pull anything.
