Good evening everyone,
today I am sharing one of our cafe’s classics. The Basque cheesecake!
But not just any regular Basque, but our newest flavor!
The Salted Caramel Basque!
First let me give you a little lesson on this cheesecake. The Basque was born in Spain 1990. And named after the region it had been created in, the Basque region of San Sebastian.
This cheesecake is known for having a scorched caramel top and a rich gooey center, from baking at a high temperature! The texture of this cheesecake is comparable to that of a Moose cake.
It’s flavor is timeless,
and anyone can enjoy!
This cheesecake also does not contain any flour!
Speaking of Flowers~ The Caramel Basque was launched just around last Spring! And wow, it’s made a splash! The combination of this decadent cheesecake with the Salted Carmel drizzle Really enhances the flavor of the dessert, as a whole.
