WICKED CAFE MENU: Canele Crème Brûlée

Taking new shapes and flavors~

Hi everyone, I’m Back. With a daily dose of wicked content for you!

Today i’m sharing the Canele Crème brûlée recipe for Mocha flavor.

For starters, we whip together. Our canele batter, Which is simply,

Egg yolks, milk, Flour, sugar, butter, rum flavor ,and then Move on to pouring them into our silicone molds~

Then we double bake them.

First at 400 for 20min. Then again at 350 for another 20min.

After their baked we let them cool down and de-mold them.

For the filling we add a bit of dark chocolate to start with.

Afterwards we fill them up with an espresso custard. This custard is made with our house Roasted coffee beans, So you get a real taste of wicked in this signature treat!

We topped them off with sugar and begin the Crème brûlée process😚 By torching them with fire and then doing this one more time!

Finally, we add a decorative bean to the top and it’s ready to go!

Thank you for reading! I hope you like today’s recipe. I plan to share the other 3 flavors in future post! Thanks for reading!
