Hi everyone! For today’s recipe I will be sharing our popular Pear&cranberrie sandwich recipe!
Our sandwiches start with our house made light rye sourdough ~
All of our bread is made in house, from scratch every morning! And day old bread that is not sold is turned into sandwiches so we do not waste even a crum!
I personally hate food waste 🥲 so I am glad wicked makes everything our selves ♡♡♡
Now with two slices of bread, one will get a drizzle of our house made Onion mayo sauce 😋!
And the other slice will get a generous amount of our house made Walnut cranberrie cream cheese.
Now, in between the 2 is a layer of juicy sliced pears 🍐~
And so~ they are ready to go 😋!
