Wicked cafe has a new dessert, that we are introducing to the City of Vancouver all the way from New York.
We all know and love this dessert!
It’s the Wicked Lava Cake!!!!
This well-known dessert was created in 1987 by French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. This warm, runny on the inside, chocolate heaven was founded in the concrete jungle, NEW YORK CITY, were dreams are really made~
This dish was really created by accident one day when Vongerchten took his cake out too soon, so this is how history was born.
This year, for our Chocolate Winter series we have LAVA CAKE on the menu!!!
And i gotta say this dessert is so tasty that it’s dangerous.
The Wicked Lava Cake is a dark chocolate cake filled with rich chocolate Fondant 🍫 best served warm 😋

What makes this dish so wicked, is in the special technique in how we bake it!
Because of this key factor, Not many other cafes and bakeries are able to sell them on a consistent level, and so Wicked Cafe is one of the few places you can try it from in Vancouver!
