GOING BACK TO THE CLASSICS!
hi everyone I hope you are all having a wonderful start to spring 😊
Here at Wicked we are always inventing and upgrading ~
But for this spring we have brought back a fan favorite and reintroduced Wickeds- Wicked Hot Dog!!!
In today’s post I will share with you how we creat its lovely shape!!!
starting off we take our own house croissant dough, Sliced into squares and some juice sausages 😋
we wrap them up tighter than a pig in a blanket! Making sure there are no openings.
with a pair of sizers we slice them at an angle 4/5th way, then separate and brade them ~ for this delightful shape.
then to the oven!!!
we add a variety of sauces and condiments, for taste and decor ~ this idea came from our previous head baker who once worked at a katsu restaurant where they also do this for some of there menus.
finally we bake once more and add a bit of garnish~
The Wicked Hot Dog is truly one of our best savory menus!
