Dear diary, day 5.

Today was such a long day … I’m so sleepy now but I really must post!

6am I walked Dona then I went off you work.

Today was very slow but I was very busy because I was training our new member. His name is Ron he seems nice so I am happy to train him. 👍👍👍

Today after my shift I had a quick meeting with my boss about increasing the Cafes sales, and I’ve come up with a few ideas so straight away tomorrow I will start my next projects! More about that is on the way.👍👍👍

Once I got home I walked Dona for around 50mins we collected pinecones and cypress leaves, so make a fresh smelling natural cleaning solution.👍

For dinner Doh ordered Chinese food for me!!!!! So yummy, I have food coma now.

This is what I fed to Dona for her dinner.

Today I will talk about our Pain Au Chocolat 💘

It is made with croissant dough that we make from scratch, with 2 sticks of Belgium chocolate in the middle 😋 I love it very much 💘

We glaze with simply syrup before we bake it at 365°F for 20min. It is then cooled and garnished icing sugar
